On August 27th Ukraine Democracy Initiative (UDI) had its first annual meeting. Meeting took place in Austria and was attended by 14 UDI global members and Associates from Australia, Germany, Ukraine, Canada, Poland and US. The meeting was also attended by UDI advisory board in the face of Prof John Keane (Australia) and Prof. Wolfgang Merkel (Germany).
1st UDI annual meeting agenda was the following: (1) report and update on UDI’s first year in the office; (2) vision and research projects; (3) future plans. Ukraine MP Mustafa Nayem was present at the meeting to discuss the future partnerships and cooperation with Ukraine on government level.
