ABOUT
Maksym Kyiak used to work at various academic and governmental institutions (National Institute for Strategic Studies, Parliament of Ukraine). After a few years of civil service at the Parliament of Ukraine and state-owned think tank and after becoming a PhD, he became involved in public diplomacy, politics and science. Maksym is working on his postdoctoral research and is a co-founder of the worldwide network of global leaders called “Global Ukraine Foundation”. He also represented Ukraine at the CAHROM Committee of the Council of Europe. Maksym is interested in foreign policy, global security, media policy, sociology of religion, information warfare, ethnic policy and hybrid warfare.
