Kateryna Kardash is an activist in human rights with 8 years of experience in B2B and Startups in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Spain, Poland and Hong Kong. In Hong Kong she is organizing Diversity and Equal Opportunities conferences supported by HSBC, Chambers of Commerce, LexisNexis, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, while being an Ambassador of Equal Opportunity Rights and PhD student in the Social Sciences Research Centre. As well she is managing Compare Global Support for Compare Global Group Fintech Startup that recently raised over 100 million dollars and present is 13 countries. Her career path began in the international law firm Integrites, developing their clientele in the CIS, Nordic, Asia and MENA. During her work she was studying in Germany, India, Israel, Hungary, Netherlands and completed an Executive MBA, Masters of Arts in Human Rights and Democratization and Masters of International Relations.
Later she became general manager of the “American Embassy Employees Association” in Kiev and was responsible for business management, event planning and strategy. After her experience in the US embassy she dedicated her time and passion to the Twinning Project of European Delegation in the Ministry of Infrastructure in Kyiv. Later she became the President and Founder of two charity organizations “We are Children of Ukraine” and “Women’s International Network in Tbilisi”.
Her biggest passion is technology and education. Thanks to her own startup she had the chance to be a speaker – in many industry events such as WEBIT in Istanbul, IDCEE in Kyiv, NOAH in London and other conferences.
