ABOUT
Yana is currently enrolled in Master Program in Politics and Economics of Contemporary Eastern and South Eastern Europe in University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki. Previously, graduated from the American College of Thessaloniki, where she was awarded full-tuition scholarship, based on academic achievements. As a full-time student she did not allow anything to prevent her from engaging in numerous events at ACT. Yana is active with the Dukakis Center for Public and Humanitarian Service at ACT where she is responsible for coordinating current affairs discussion groups, round tables, and debates involving global political figures. Yana is a member of the Navarino Network, an NGO in Thessaloniki that focuses on the development of ideas for future policy challenges. Her main research interest is political economy in countries that went through transition, so that was her main motivation to join the UDI team.
