Special attention need today rural areas of Ukraine, which get their independent line at the EU/UA Association agreement. This cooperation mainly directs in the organizational development and communication area. I would like to emphasize that for successful development of the entertainment field at the village it is necessary to combine the social – economic ground, initiative, the big desire of the founders of the movement, human potential together with the far-sighted policy of the State for encouraging the development of this field.
