On my most recent play through of the dragonborn dlc, miraak glitched during the boss fight. I find it corrects itself after a while but until then a lot of dragons won't have souls in the mean time. I've been extracting a lot of s rank soldiers lately but when they are in the brig the maximum rank they have is a++. How my s+ soldiers aren't showing up in the brigs when i finish a mission. However, it says that miraak is empty, despite the sword being there next to him.
I travelled to solstheim anyway, but my dialogue options aren't showing anything about miraak with anyone (so far). I've tried all the solutions that i have read in.
